By placing an order with UnCloned Creations Ltd., you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through UnCloned Creations Ltd. are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded

No Refunds or Exchanges

UnCloned Creations Ltd. does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect size, color, or product selection
• Dissatisfaction after purchase
• Sale or promotional items
• Items returned without authorization

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Printful Fulfillment & Limited Issue Resolution

All physical products are produced and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider. UnCloned Creations follows Printful’s fulfillment policies and does not control their manufacturing or shipping processes.

The only issues eligible for review are:

• Misprinted items
• Damaged items
• Defective items
• Packages lost in transit

Any such claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost shipments. If an issue is confirmed as a fulfillment error, a replacement may be issued at Printful’s discretion. Refunds are not provided.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

If an incorrect or insufficient shipping address is provided, or if a shipment goes unclaimed:

• The package may be returned to the Printful facility
• You are responsible for any reshipment costs, if applicable
• No refunds will be issued

••Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Returns

Customers should not return any items without contacting UnCloned Creations first. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Certain items, including sealed or hygiene-sensitive products (such as face masks), cannot be returned or reshipped and may be disposed of in accordance with Printful policy.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All products are made to order. Due to their custom nature:

• Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not permitted 
• Consumer withdrawal rights may not apply to personalized or hygiene-sensitive items
• Brazil Consumer Notice

  Customers residing in Brazil may have limited statutory rights under local law. Even in such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to fulfillment review. UnCloned Creations Ltd. does not issue refunds.

   

• Policy Authority

  UnCloned Creations Ltd. follows the fulfillment policies put in place by Printful. UnCloned Creations does not control Printful’s policies or decisions and does not offer refunds under any circumstances

   

• Agreement

  By completing a purchase with UnCloned Creations Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this All Sales Are Final – No Refunds or Exchanges Policy.
